Loews Regency New York Preps to Pamper Marathon Runners

The Loews Regency New York is offering two packages for runners in the TCS New York City Marathon. With training schedules at a peak, runners need time to rest and relax. Keeping that in mind, Loews Regency created the “Run and Recover” and the “Relax, Run, and Recover” packages for runners before the big race.

Starting at $609 a night, guests who book the “Run and Recover” package will have the choice to receive a one-hour pre-marathon stretching session from Julien Farel Salon & Spa, or a one-hour post-race recovery treatment service with their hotel stay. They’ll also have a spacious room for guests to relax with comfort.

Runners who are looking for a first-class experience before the big race can book the “Relax, Run, and Recover” package at The Regency, too. Upon arrival, guests will receive a custom welcome basket filled with energy drinks, drinks, snacks, and photo props for cheering. This is followed by a private one-hour stretching session in the Julien Farel fitness center with a personal trainer. Afterward, guests will enjoy a carbo-loaded dinner at The Regency Bar & Grill by executive chef Catherine Medrano. The day of the race, a black car will be waiting for the runner to take them to the race start location, and once the race is over, guests can recover with the post-marathon treatment massage from Julien Farel. After recovery, runners will enjoy a three-course Sunday-night dinner at The Regency Bar & Grill. This package starts at $1,389 a night, and will leave guests ready to take on the rest of the week.

Both packages are available for purchase online now until November 11.
