Skin Laundry Expands U.S. Presence with Six New Locations

Skin Laundry (multiple locations) is expanding thanks to a six-store deal with Simon property group, a leader in shopping, dining, and entertainment destinations. Through the partnership, the skincare brand has opened two locations and will be opening four more this year, totaling three new locations in Southern California and three in Miami, a new market for Skin Laundry.

“This is an exciting time in the five-year-old company’s growth,” says Yen Reis, Skin Laundry founder. “Simon has been a strategic partner in helping us break into new markets. They’ve allowed us to more easily further our mission of making laser facial treatments more accessible, affordable, and available to people across the U.S.”

The brand’s first locations in the Simon portfolio opened in Southern California at Brea Mall and The Shops at Mission Viejo, with a third location at Del Amo Fashion Center slated to open in February 2019. In the Miami-area, Skin Laundry locations will open later this year at Dadeland Mall, The Falls, and Town Center at Boca Raton. The addition of the new storefronts brings the total of Skin Laundry laser facial clinics to 25 locations across the globe, featuring locations in Arizona, California, Florida, Hong Kong, Illinois, New York, and the UK. In addition to the brand’s growth in the United States, Skin Laundry is also adding two additional treatment rooms to its existing clinic in Liberty London, doubling the size of the spa due to high demand.

“Skin Laundry is an exciting brand and we’re thrilled they are going to be opening at six Simon centers in the coming months,” says Sharon Polonia, executive vice president, leasing, at Simon. “I know our customers in Southern California and South Florida are going to enjoy their services and product offerings.”

Skin Laundry opened its flagship location in Santa Monica, CA, in 2013. Since then, the brand has grown in popularity and size thanks to its laser and light therapy options available to the consumer outside of the doctor’s office. Treatment options include the signature 15-minute Laser & Light Facial, a two-step treatment that uses a proprietary combination of YAG Laser and Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) to help clients achieve deep clean, clear, radiant skin; the newly launched Carbon Peel, an acne and wrinkle fighting one-two punch that targets pigment and intensifies skin exfoliation and rejuvenation; and the Ultra Fractional, a new 30-minute non-ablative fractional resurfacing treatment that uses a YAG laser, fractional resurfacing laser, and Hydration Boost for greater intensity, faster results, and enhanced correction.
