The Los Angeles Rams have partnered with LA-based wellness company Therabody to provide the team with percussive massage therapy, as well as education on the benefits of Theragun devices to both players and staff through the company’s education division, Therabody University. Therabody’s scientifically calibrated, percussive massage therapy devices have been utilized by professional football players since 2012 and will be used by the Rams players for warm-up, muscle-reactivation, and recovery. A Theragun Recovery Station has been installed inside the Rams’s facility that provides players and trainers with both the Theragun Pro and the company smart vibrating foam roller, the Wave Roller. Both devices are Bluetooth enabled and can pair with the Therabody app.
Therabody will also be presenting sponsor of “Training Days,” a three-episode series that will chronicle the Rams players’ training process as they condition, recover, and rehabilitate in preparation for the 2020 NFL season. The series will be available on TheRams.com and the team's social media channels.
