American Spa is back with our annual Industry Insider Survey. Each year, we rely on you, the spa and wellness industry professional, to tell us about your experiences within the spa industry—what's working, what isn't working, what you'd like to see change, and more. By participating in the survey, you help us fulfill our mission of providing you with valuable information about running your business. Each year, survey results have revealed important trends that can help you make decisions to help your business thrive. Topics of the survey include:

  • Social Media
  • Retail
  • Staffing and Human Resources
  • Profitability and Revenue Generation
  • and more.

The deadline to complete the Industry Insider survey is Friday, May 17. The results will be shared in the July/August issue and well be discussed in a webinar shortly after. Click here to take the 2019 Industry Insider Survey by American Spa.
