Zeel Introduces New Zeel Shield Health & Safety Guidelines

As U.S. states begin lifting COVID-19 lockdown restrictions and Zeel begins to resume in-person massage, stretch, yoga, and mindfulness services for its thousands of corporate clients, the global wellness company has introduced Zeel Shield, a program of health and hygiene guidelines. Developed in collaboration with a team of industry and medical experts and based on analysis of the latest research and data on COVID-19, Zeel Shield aims to ensure the safety of both workers and clients in the Zeel community.

“We are proud to work alongside all our colleagues in the health and wellness industry to ensure a safe return to the services we know people need and deserve,” says Alison Harmelin, Zeel cofounder and chief brand officer. “We are motivated to deliver those wellness services with more dedication than ever.”

The hygiene program includes a thorough safety policy checklist for both service providers and customers; a daily wellness check for providers; a safety policy based on state, local, federal, CDC, and massage industry organization guidelines and recommendations; a COVID-19 task force of medical professionals and senior members of Zeel’s Trust & Safety team; and frequently updated information on service availability by state.

“Zeel has always led the way in the on-demand health and wellness space,” says Samer Hamadeh, Zeel CEO and cofounder. “This initiative is yet another example of our commitment to the total wellbeing of our private, corporate, and hospitality clients. In these unusual times, it is our goal to deliver much-needed wellness programs in the safest possible way.”
