Allison Lomax Named Spa Director at Spa Anjali

Allison Lomax has joined Spa Anjali at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa (Vail, CO) as spa director.

Lomax most recently worked as spa director at Allegria Spa at the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa (Beaver Creek, CO). She began her career in the spa industry as a massage therapist at Vail Cascade Aria Spa and Club (Vail, CO) over 10 years ago. She then served as a manager of multiple Vail Valley Simply Massage locations before focusing on advancing her career in holistic health and wellness.

Spa Anjali was recognized as a Top Wellness Center in the Green Spa Network's 2017 Sustainability Awards. The spa has 14 rooms over 27,000 feet of wellness space. The menu includes treatments focused on the three mountain healing traditions from the Rockies, Himalayas, and Alps. Chakra blessings are included in signature treatments, which are designed to encourage clients feel balanced energy and wellbeing.

Amenities at the spa include a 25-yard saline swimming pool, three infinity hot tubs, and over 60 group exercise classes each week at The Westin’s athletic club. Guests can enjoy Richard Sandoval’s Mexican kitchen, Maya, at the resort. The Westin, managed by Colorado’s East West Destination Hospitality, includes 230 residencies. Each includes a custom kitchen, gas fireplace, five-piece bathroom, and Westin Heavenly Bed. The resort is also Silver LEED certified, a Howard Head Sports Medicine physical therapy clinic, and, includes a family and kid’s club.
