Get to know Branden Fein, the new spa director at The Spa at Hotel Crescent Court (Dallas), an 18-year veteran who joined the team earlier this year.
American Spa: What are the most challenging and rewarding parts of being in the spa industry?
Branden Fein: Being in the hospitality business, guest and employee interactions can be challenging. However, the reward lies in meeting these challenges head on and providing a positive outcome.
AS: What is your proudest accomplishment?
BF: My proudest accomplishment was achieving my MBA. This was always a personal goal of mine, and I couldn’t be more proud of myself for seeing it through.
AS: How would you sum up your personal philosophy?
BF: My personal philosophy is: “You never get a second chance to make a first impression.”
AS: How do you like to spend your time away from work?
BF: Time away from work is spent with my beautiful wife and our labradoodle, Marley. We enjoy great wine, food, travel, and, of course, wellness!
AS: What’s the best advice you’ve received?
BF: It is from my father: “Nothing in the world is free.”
