Miraval Group has named Mark Stebbings and Robert Berrey Jr. general managers of Miraval Arizona and Miraval Austin. In their new roles, the two will use the leadership skills they have acquired over their combined 43 years in the health and wellness industry to helm new initatives at the two properties.

Stebbings joins Miraval Arizona with more than 18 years of experience in the hospitality and wellness industry, having most recently served as director of operations and general manager of Travaasa Experiential Resorts. Prior to his time at Travaassa, Stebbings was the general manager of Hotel Hana Maui (HI), where he was responsible for overseeing all aspects of resort operations. He is a graduate from Bournemouth, University (Dorset, England), where he earned a degree in hotel catering and institutional management.
Berrey has more than 25 years of experience within the hospitality industry, including having served as general manager at The Gideon Putnam Resort and Spa (Saratoga Springs, NY). There he managed all phases of the property’s renovation, including rebranding, redesign, engineering, and planning. Throughout his career, Berrey has held a number of senior level positions in the hospitality industry, most recently as the general manager of Skyland Resort in Shenandoah National Park. He holds a degree in hospitality management from Florida International University, Miami.
