Stella Gustafsson, executive spa director at Crystal Life Spa at Resorts World Catskills (Monticello, NY), shares some of her personal faves.

Ling Dual Moisture Emulsion: “This is one of my current favorites, as it contains hyaluronic acid and squalene oil, which provide the skin with deep hydration. Dehydration causes premature aging, sagging skin, breakouts, and leads to wrinkles, so this product is great for combatting these skin issues.”

Clarins Extra-Firming Nuit: “This wrinkle control, regenerative night cream never fails to make my skin feel soft and nourished. I also use it on the skin at the back of my neck, a commonly neglected area.”

Ling Rescue Skin Peel: “I use this acid-free and gentle exfoliator one to two times per week to remove excess dirt, bacteria, and dead skin cells. Exfoliation also enhances the hydration effects of the hydrating creams and moisturizers to make skin look dewy.”

Clarisonic Mia Brush: “I am a big fan of this technology and the brand-new Sonic Awakening Eye Massager was on my holiday wish list this year. We’re planning to introduce the Eye Massager and Mia Prima and Mia Smart brushes at the spa, as they are amazing tools to keep the skin clean and glowing.”
