SpaKinect, a telehealth provider for medical spas, has acquired InteliKinect, a call center program designed to track and build leads for clientele. InteliKinect will be available as an add-on to current SpaKinect subscription plans or as an individual subscription. "InteliKinect's persistence in lead conversion and its understanding of the aesthetic marketplace is what initially attracted me to the company,” says Alain Gazaui, president of SpaKinect. “After seeing them in action, I was inspired. Bringing their service underneath the SpaKinect banner will give our clients a competitive advantage to capture every potential sale and never have to turn a patient away."
