Playa Cativo Lodge, an all-inclusive eco-lodge in the remote rainforests of Costa Rica’s Osa Peninsula, recently expanded it accommodations and introduced Lotus Wellness, which features two treatment rooms, an inviting outdoor plunge pool, and a relaxing lounge area.

The menu of treatments was inspired by a traditional folk healer and is referred to as La Cura de la Abuela, or Grandma’s Cure. Guests can also practice yoga in the heart of the tropical rainforest on the resort’s yoga decks or during a stand-up paddleboard session.
