Ayana’s captivating Spa on the Rocks (Jimbaran, Bali) recently underwent an update by P49 Interior Design that introduced fresh nuances to the Balinese-inspired treatment villas. Surrounded by the Indian Ocean, the two villas each feature two treatment beds, a changing area, a bathroom, a tub for two with ocean views, and a terrace.
In addition to the makeover, the spa also introduced a new treatment menu:
- LAVA ME TENDER ($453, 2 hours) is a ritual that draws on the healing properties of natural volcanic lava with a foot soak, a mineral lava body scrub, a black rice bath, a full-body deep-tissue massage, and a volcanic-earth body wrap using products from Thermes Marins France.
- JADE SENSATION ($308, 90 minutes) features a jade stone foot bath ritual, foot reflexology, a Swedish and deep-tissue massage, and a clarifying Nephrite jade stone facial.
- DIAMOND MIRACLE ($580, 2 hours 30 minutes) involves a foot soak, a coral algae body scrub, a bath with petals from 500 red roses, a Balinese massage, and a La Mer facial incorporating sea quartz and pure diamond dust.
- DAZZLING PEARL ($326, 90 minutes) unfolds with a foot soak, a custom-made pearl body scrub, and a Balinese massage with oils featuring Mother of Pearl elements.
The spa's new decor and treatment menu are sure to lure in both locals and visitors alike.
