The Spa at Palms and The Salon at Palms (Las Vegas, NV) opened this month as the $650 million renovation to the resort nears its completion. The facility is a three-level oasis with bohemian accents complete with fifteen unique spa treatment rooms, four skincare studios, two couples’ treatment suites, a eucalyptus steam room, sauna and water lounge, and coed social lounge. If people watching is your form of relaxation, the connected spa and fitness clubs looks onto the newly opened KOAS day and night club.
Corresponding with the bohemian theme, the spa’s design includes a neutral tone palette with walnut and driftwood accents, greenery, and water features. Guests of the Palms can now choose to enjoy the rejuvenation of the spa amenities, have a drink at KAOS, or both. “We wanted the spa to have the same feeling as the new Palms—unexpected, fun, untraditional, and unlike anything else in Las Vegas," says Kelley Nemiro, vice president of guest experience. "The Spa at Palms will have a modern, artful approach to wellness and holistic healing of the mind, body and spirit.”
Some of the signature offerings found at the spa include reiki and body treatments that incorporate aromatherapy and chakra balancing. Spa-goers can even get a crystal treatment based on their zodiac sign. The spa also offers Oracle Reflection and Chakra Balancing (50 minutes, starting at $185), which begins with a tarot card reading and a crystal healing session. A healthy menu featuring coffee, pressed juices, Keto-diet friendly options, light snacks, and even cocktails can be enjoyed in the spa’s social lounge areas.
For the salon, Palms Casino Resort has partnered with celebrity hair stylist Priscilla Valles, who is best known for her work with Kylie Jenner, Chrissy Teigen, and Hailey Bieber. Valles will be offering her services by her hand-picked team, which includes hair extensions, blowouts, make-up applications, and gel manicures. “these stylists are going to be ‘extensions’ of myself and my years of hard work! I’m teaching them all my secrets,” Valles says.
