“I had one woman come in for a treatment with a little pocket dog. She said the dog would be in a special case and would be fine during the service. However, her four-legged friend was running all around the room and barking. To calm her down, I gave the dog to my client, and she was content to be on the table with her. Finally during the last minute, the dog peed on the table. I had to stop the treatment and strip the sheets off and replace them with clean linens, It certainly wasn’t the most relaxing treatment I’ve ever given.”—Alik Minikhanov, licensed acupuncturist, massage therapist and healer
