Celebrate National Wellness Month All August Long

Back for the second year in a row, this August marks Wellness Month, an initiative launched by Live Love Spa in 2018 to inspire people to fall in love with self-care—and consequently, themselves—through a month-long celebration of wellness. Designed to make self-care easy, fast, and fun, the health and wellness campaign helps participants discover exclusive deals from spa, fitness, and beauty destinations all month long.

Wellness Month encourages interested participants to take the "I Choose Wellness" pledge, and to share on social media what wellness means to them and how they plan to make their self-care a priority during the month of August. One the Wellness Month website, users can find a plethora of wellness deals and events sorted by location. The initiative comes complete with a wellness calendar to provide daily inspiration for new wellness activities that are easy to incorporate into every day life.

"I am in awe of all the incredible people in this industry that help others to live their best life," says Lisa Michaelis, founder and CEO of Live Love Spa, and founder of Wellness Month. "I look forward to celebrating, sharing, and experiencing what our amazing spas, brands, and wellness businesses have to offer. Together, we can make a difference to help others prioritize their self-care and discover amazing experiences and products to develop new healthy habits."
