Discover the Kid-Approved Wellness Program from Six Senses

Wellbeing is no longer just for grownups at Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas (multiple locations). Known for integrating wellness and sustainability into its guest experience, the luxury property portfolio recently introduced Grow With Six Senses, which incorporates six dimensions of wellness—social, spiritual, environmental, physical, emotional, and intellectual—into activities for its younger guests.

Encouraging kids to understand both what’s going on within them and in the world around them, the philosophy is applied to the brand’s kids program, which varies from resort to resort.

The idea behind it is to introduce specifically designed physical activities, yoga and mindfulness, local culture, sustainability, and social experiences to help kids reconnect with nature and those around them. Kids will also get the opportunity to experience tailor-made spa treatments as well as learn how to craft their own toothpaste, facial mask, body scrub, and edible water bubbles.

Says Anna Bjurstam, vice president of spa and wellness, “This framework ensures a holistic offering for the minds of our littlest guests.”
