Eating Well at The Well Kitchen & Table

Inspired by global influences and healthful traditions around the world, The Well (New York City) recently launched The Well Kitchen & Table. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the 45-seat restaurant is yet another example of the club’s commitment to healthy living.

Executive chef Sherry Cardoso, formerly of Cafe Cluny, Per Se, and Brooklyn Fare, worked with the club’s founders and practitioners to create a healthy menu, which incorporates high-quality and seasonal produce from local purveyors. A signature beverage program features a selection of low-ABV (alcohol by volume) cocktails and biodynamic wines.

“We want to introduce a fresh perspective on healthy eating and make offering well-sourced, high-quality ingredients our priority,” says The Well cofounder and CEO Rebecca Parekh. “We aim to be the gold standard for wellness and have curated the menu to provide a variety of offerings for all diets and needs.”
