Euphoria Retreat Launches New Wellness Program

The Euphoria Retreat located in Sparta, Greece, has introduced a “Feel Alive Again” wellness program that proposes an new pathway to negotiating a post-pandemic world with fresh energy, vigor, and playfulness. The program is centered on recovery and renewal and is about processing the past, releasing the negative, feeling safe and secure, reconnecting with people and harnessing both inner strength and flexibility. It is for anyone looking to step into the new, feel like themselves again, reintegrate and reignite. The program can be taken as a immersive scheduled one or as an add-on to the resorts other existing retreat programs.Guests can enjoy the programs components though the summer, which includes picnics and sunset gatherings, breathwork classes by the swimming pool, and nutritional workshops. Meditations and expressive dance and performance work rooted in the Greek myths and tragedies will also be offered, including journaling, forest treasure hunts, music, and mandalas.

A four-night ‘Feel Alive Again’ Group Retreat,  is recommended to those who might be feeling exhausted, lethargic, lost, lonely, or in need of extra support. There is a maximum of nine participants and scheduled sessions include emotional expression work and theatrical improvisations and creating your personal mandala incorporating a vision of your future. The program is designed to help guests purge and process the negative emotions that have built up, perhaps even subconsciously, during the time of the pandemic and reconnect and reenergize. The group retreats will be offered on: 09/02-09/05, 09/30-10/03, 11/11-11/14, 12/09-12/12.
