The three-day and four-night personal retreat focuses on self-love and encourages participants to re-engage with their inner selves.
According to Emmanuel Arroyo, regional director of wellness, many spa-goers were seeking out self-discovery experiences and spiritual renewal. Inspired by ancient Mayan traditions, the journey includes spa experiences and a series of guided rituals led by the resort’s resident shaman.
The retreat concludes with a self-commitment ceremony. “The Marry Oneself Journey is a way to love and honor your own presence,” says Arroyo. “By connecting to your own emotions, you strengthen your relationships with others. The journey is based on self-worth and self-love, encouraging guests to engage with their inner selves.”
