Healthy How-To: Morning Super C Juice

Pairing a citrus-based treatment with a refreshing citrus-filled drink is a great way to enhance a clients’ experience. Morning Super C 

  • 3-ounce elixir: After peeling and slicing the fruit, combine approximately ½ cup of pineapple, 1 grapefruit, 1 orange, and 1 mint leaf in a cold-pressed juicer to separate the pulp.
     
  • 12-ounce juice: After peeling and slicing the fruit, combine approximately ¾ cup pineapple, 3 grapefruits, 3 oranges, and 1 mint leaf in a cold-pressed juicer to separate the pulp.
