Next-Gen Wellness Takes Four Seasons New York

While kids have long been exposed to the benefits of spa through kid-friendly spas, the Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown is raising the bar with the launch of its Next-Gen Wellness Workshops.

Guiding the next generation on a journey to wellness, the hotel has introduced a menu of classes designed to aid in children’s growth and development, such as Mala Making, where kids learn to set good intentions; Future Yogi, involving child-friendly poses that improve coordination; Mindfulness in the Making, featuring meditation methods that teach kids about acceptance; Blend Baby Blend, where little chemists create their own aromatherapy blends; Aqua Bebe, helping kids to gain confidence in the water; and more. The workshops are offered complimentary to children accompanied by an adult who purchases a service of 50 minutes or more (excluding nails) at the Spa at Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown.

“At Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown, it’s important that everyone enjoys a wellness experience, even the smallest guests,” says senior spa director Tara Cruz. “It comes from the belief that if we start the next generation on a path of health and wellness when they’re young, it will set them up for success in the future.”
