Wanting to help guests reconnect with what’s important and set healthy intentions, The Ritz-Carlton, Los Angeles recently teamed up with LA-based meditative experts at Unplug Meditation to introduce in-room guided meditations and customized meditative spa treatments. Easily accessible, the channels provide a selection of five- to 15-minute meditations, which inspire a fresh start in the morning, motivate productivity for the day, and support a good night’s rest. The guided meditations will be available through the end of 2019.

The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Los Angeles also recently debuted three healing experiences that integrate meditative audio guides into massage therapy. After an essential oil inhalation to set their intention, guests were given a choice of the following treatments:

  • Relaxation Massage ($235, 80 minutes)

  • Soothing Sound Bath Massage ($260, 80 minutes)

  • The Complete Unplug Meditation Immersion ($699, 2 hours and 10 minutes), which features a private consultation at the Unplug Meditation studio and a choice of private healing sessions, such as hypnosis, tapping, sound bath, and breathwork, followed by a personalized treatment and meditation.
