The Strata Integrated Wellness and Spa is hosting a wellness retreat in the Garden of the Gods Resort and Club (Colorado Springs, CO). Guests can experience an immersive journey of self-exploration and elevated mind-body experiences this autumn with the primary intent of healing, self -discovery, self-care, and transformation.
The wellness retreat experience will be October 28 through 31 and includes:
