Tapping into the science of sound, frequencies, and vibration, JW Marriott Nashville (TN) recently teamed up with Tune, a revolutionary bio-tuning company, to introduce three custom-designed TuneBeds to its third floor, adjacent to the Spa by JW.

The beds allow guests and locals to select from one of seven bio-frequencies, such as focus, energize, and recover. The proprietary frequencies are designed to shift the body from a fight-or-flight state to a rest-and-recovery mode, reset stress hormones, and more. The 15-minute experience helps tune the mind and body on a physiological level and provides participants with the good vibes they need to conquer their day.

“We’re excited to be the first hotel in the world to offer Tune, a product and partnership that builds on our spa and fitness complex with an alternative wellbeing option featuring a truly innovative use of technology,” says general manager Lukus Kindlesparker. “Our commitment to providing guests and locals with one-of-a-kind experiences allows us to introduce unique offerings to the city of Nashville, and we’re thrilled to be able to play a part in their wellbeing journey.”
