American International Industries (AII), leading manufacturer and worldwide distributor of beauty products, has added Satin Smooth hair removal and skincare brand to its portfolio. The acquisition follows a 2018 announcement that AII would soon be selling Spilo Worldwide products.

Satin Smooth, which has been distributing European-inspired customized waxes, state-of-the-art appliances, and industry-leading education for the professional beauty industry for more than three decades, joins a portfolio of 41 AII brands. Notable brands include Ardell, Body Drench, China Glaze, Frutique, Gena, GiGi, Seche, and more.
