American International Industries (AII), leading manufacturer and worldwide distributor of beauty products, has added Satin Smooth hair removal and skincare brand to its portfolio. The acquisition follows a 2018 announcement that AII would soon be selling Spilo Worldwide products.

“We have the utmost respect for the Satin Smooth brand and what Conair Professional has built over the past thirty years,” says Zvi Ryzman, president of AII. “The combination of Satin Smooth’s established, authentic connection to the professional esthetician community, and its unique, highly customized products pairs well with AII’s highly skilled and experienced team, resources, and global scale.”

Satin Smooth, which has been distributing European-inspired customized waxes, state-of-the-art appliances, and industry-leading education for the professional beauty industry for more than three decades, joins a portfolio of 41 AII brands. Notable brands include Ardell, Body Drench, China Glaze, Frutique, Gena, GiGi, Seche, and more.
