Burke Williams Day Spa Gives Back to Clients to Celebrate 30th Anniversary

After 30 years of prospering business, Burke Williams Day Spa (multiple locations) celebrated by introducing Founder’s Month. Last month, Bill and Theresa Armour, founders of Burke Williams, offered exclusive deals for clients as a way to give back to those who helped make their business a success. The husband and wife duo founded the business in 1984 in Brentwood, CA, and 30 years later, the company now employs 1,700 individuals.

The Burke Williams brand prides itself as an escape from urban lifestyles. “The soul needs a place for quiet and that's what we provide. We created our mission statement based on the idea of sacred commerce,” says Theresa Armour, cofounder of Burke Williams Day Spa. “Humanity is our business. We've created a space where people can come and find beauty and relaxation.”

Throughout September, guests were able to experience exclusive membership amenities without the commitment. Burke Williams Day Spa members receive treatments at discounted prices, but during Founder's Month the brand chose to include everyone in the celebration by offering non-members services at the discounted member rate. Armour commented that she and her husband wanted “everyone to experience the value of a Burke William’s Membership.” Membership and service rates vary by location.

Originally, the company offered massage therapy, facials, and waxing, yet they have developed various other treatments, such as wet-room treatments, nailcare services, signature baths, chiropractic care, and a skincare line. Their expansion includes 10 spa locations throughout California as well as the newest edition, Burke Williams Simply Massage (Marina del Ray, CA), which focuses exclusively on massage services.
