The consumer group Which? recently conducted its annual research study regarding cruise line popularity, which focuses on 20 cruise companies and its passengers. Over 2,500 passengers were surveyed and asked to rate their experiences out of five across 11 categories. Th results concluded that Viking Ocean Cruise received an overall satisfaction rate of 88 percent, as well as gaining five stars in most of the categories, including the popularity of the brand's on-board spa, LivNordic.
