With more than seven years of experience working in sales in the beauty industry for one of the leading cosmetic brands, Sarah-Jade Lacoursière knows what it takes to build customer loyalty and brand visibility. In her role at FOREO, managing client accounts in the U.S. and Canada, she leads new business development, partnership collaborations, and trade shows. Since its launch in 2013, FOREO has continually gained international recognition for its ever-inventive technology that sets industry trends. In fewer than five years, the company has grown from a start-up beauty innovator to a global entity.

What has been your greatest accomplishment in the industry?

I started with FOREO in 2016 in Canada. In my first year with FOREO, I achieved nearly triple-digit sales growth. Today, we are working toward doubling last year’s sales for North America.  

What about your job do you enjoy most?

I love to partner up with my clients in creating the spa services of the future. My greatest satisfaction comes from seeing our clients succeed with FOREO’s innovative products and revolutionary treatment technologies.  

How does your company stand out from its competitors?

FOREO’s product innovation stands apart from the rest. We are proud to be different and believe the uniqueness of our team is shown in the distinctiveness of our designs and approach to life.  

How do you incorporate wellness into your daily life?

I define wellness as a mind and body connection. I enjoy simple things that balance my busy schedule, such as taking a long walk, yoga, eating well, and enjoying an occasional spa day.  

How do you stay passionate about what you do?

It’s easy at FOREO because every day at work is different. It’s always changing, so I consider myself lucky. We are in pure growth mode, which is so exciting in itself.
