What started as a passion project of the late Charlene Florian, vice president of corporate and creative development for Kerstin Florian skincare and daughter of company founder Kerstin Florian, has now become a new skincare line developed in her memory. Dedicated to the vitality of the skin and spirit, Anda features a variety of products made from ingredients found in both land and sea.
The new line focuses on improving various target areas, such as the skin’s complexion and overall wellness. Its hero product, the Coherence Elixir, offers both skin-rejuvenation and the capability to enhance the performance of other products when combined. Originally launched in 2018 at select spas, the line recently released two more products to add on to the collection, the Hybrid Cleanser and Enzyme Serum-Masque.
"Cleansing and exfoliating are two key steps in any professional facial and proper skincare regimen, so they were the natural next steps for the line," says Julie Andrews, president of Kerstin Florian International.
All Anda products are cruelty-free and vegan and made with sustainable materials with responsibly-sourced packaging. To further expand on the brand's mantra, “skin-friendly, animal-friendly, earth-friendly,” the company plans on donating a portion of its profits to WeForest, a global charity with a mission to plant 175 billion trees by 2030.
After Charlene's death, Florian took over her daughter’s project creating a skincare collection as tribute to all that she embodied. Meaning breath, the Swedish word Anda resonated with Florian as she felt it exemplified the values her daughter lived by, as well as her dedication to wellness in the form of natural ingredients, positivity, and self-love brought from effective products and self-care rituals.
“This line is meant to be shared. It’s a vessel for the wellness and self-love that Charlene championed,” says Florian. “I’m thrilled and humbled to be able to present Anda as my tribute to her.”
