Chablé Maroma Set to Open in Fall of 2018

One of American Spa's March features, Chablé Resort & Spa, has just announced a new five-star beach resort, slated to open in the fall of 2018. Chablé Maroma, located in Riviera Maya, Mexico, will sit surrounded by mangrove trees on Mexico's Caribbean coastline. The luxury resort will feature 70 suites each with its own private pool and outdoor terrace, as well as more than 650 feet of private beach.

The two Chablé properties will share a number of similarities, including the design of guest suites, gourmet cuisine by chef Jorge Vallejo, and an expansive, 17,000 square-foot-spa. The resort will also feature a yoga pavilion, fitness center, and beachside pool with private cabanas along the shore. The spa will consist of two single spa rooms, five double treatment rooms, Jacuzzi access, a steam room, and hydrotherapy room. Facials, body treatments, and local rituals will compose the treatment menu, using traditional and local methods and well as a number of professional techniques.

With wellness in mind, Chablé Maroma will offer a variety of activities that also reflect the resort's tropical location. Guests can participate in meditation classes, yoga, paddle boarding, kayaking, cultural excursions, jungle tours, and more.
