Travelers struggling with insomnia, sleep apnea, or jet lag can now find relief at Se Spa at Grand Velas Riviera Maya (Mexico) thanks to the debut of a new sleep therapy.

The new Aroma Zen Bath Meditation ($368, 1 hour 50 minutes) promotes healthy sleep with a float meditation and Neuro Aromatherapy Massage. Guests can choose one of two essential oils from Aromatherapy Associates to complement the massage: De-Stress Mind Oil incorporates frankincense, rosemary, and petitgrain to calm the senses and ease anxiety, and Deep Relax Oil features a blend of soothing chamomile, comforting sandalwood, and uplifting vetiver.

Complete with relaxing music, chromotherapy, and breathing techniques, the Zen experience also comes with a cup of calming linden flower and chamomile tea with a twist of lemon. It’s a dreamy service spa-goers won’t mind nodding off to for a spell.
