I bought a Groupon for a nail salon that I had never heard of before and had wanted to experience. As I waited, I watched a gentleman in an apron clean dishes and empty trash, as he was obviously an attendant of sorts. Because they were running very far behind, the female nail technician spoke to the gentleman in a language I could not understand, and suddenly he took of his apron, came and greeted me, and begun to give me my pedicure. It was obvious he had never given one and was clearly not trained at all. It was so bizarre, and all the ladies kept looking at each other giggling. I was too embarrassed to walk out, so I sat there through the entire pedicure, which took him almost two hours.–Michelle Frye, spa director
