Participants can experience complimentary yoga on the river in Bangkok, join a healthy cooking tutorial in Miami, and wind down with a sunset sound-healing meditation on the Turkish Riviera at Bodrum. Each hour is hosted from individual Mandarin Oriental property Instagram accounts. “During this time of unprecedented stress and anxiety, we all need calming and life-affirming experiences,” says Jeremy McCarthy, group director of spa and wellness. “Now, more than ever, people are realizing the importance of physical health and mental wellbeing in our lives. While many cannot physically visit one of our spas at this time, our goal with this initiative is to use technology to bring Mandarin Oriental’s wellness expertise into our guests’ homes, wherever they may be in the world.”
