While spa detoxes are a dime a dozen these days, Villa Stéphanie, the medical spa at Oetker Collection’s Brenner Park Hotel & Spa (Baden-Baden, Germany) is raising the bar with The Kings Way (starting at $11,139 excluding accommodations), a new detox and weight-loss program created by Harry König, M.D.

The nine-day program features a total of 91 treatments, daily medical supervision, diet and training programs, and more. Personalized to each individual, it includes an initial medical analysis and clinical examination; lab analysis involving blood count, organ function blood tests, metabolism testing, important vital substances, and hormone screening; and a dietary consultation with a nutritionist. Participants also experience colon hydrotherapy, ozone therapy, and an oxygen bar session.

To help detox, they’re given two daily liver cleanse treatments, meditation sessions, and a daily herbal foot bath. To relax, they’re treated to a host of daily detox treatments (up to two sessions per day), such as massages, algae mud body wraps, lymphatic drainage, and cupping. Athletic pursuits include lifestyle walks incorporating gymnastics and Nordic walking and daily personal training sessions. It’s a hardcore healthy reboot for those ready for a change.
