Exciting news for fans of Les Thermes De Brides-les-Bains (France) –– the French weight loss spa has teamed up with The Chedi Andermatt (Switzerland) to create a new "slimming and renewal" program for guests of the Swiss property, taking place from October 29-November 12, 2017.
The award winning wellness program is typically held in the French Alps and normally attracts approximately 18,000 participants annually. The switch to Andermatt in the fall of 2017 marks the first time in 30 years the program will be held in a different location.
The program is designed for those who are looking for a life-changing experience to redefine their health and quality of life. Based on the Brides-les-Bains methodology and protocol, the retreat's approach is inspired by five key pillars that aim to revamp the mind, body, and spirit, including nutrition, physical activity, therapeutic rituals, breathing in the Alpine air, and drinking fresh mountain water.
Guests of the Swiss property will be able to choose from a seven or 14-night program, which will combine specialized treatments, a range of physical activities, informative group workshops and nutritional seminars, and cooking classes directed by the chef and dietician of Brides-les-Bains. In addition, the retreat includes a nutritional welcome drink upon arrival; an individual consultation with the on-site dietician; six algae wraps; four slimming therapeutic massages; two Chedi signature massages; two traditional Thai foot reflexology sessions; two Sublime Aquaflores rituals; two head, neck, and shoulder massages; unlimited access to the property's Spa & Health Club, and a departure consultation with the on-site dietician prior to leaving the retreat.
The Slimming Lifestyle Retreat starts at around $5,189 for the seven-night stay, and around $10,727 for the 14-night program. Prices are listed based on a double-occupancy stay in a deluxe room; single occupancy faces a surcharge of about $184 per night.
