Before the craziness of the holidays ensue, The Spa at Omni Mount Washington (Bretton Woods, NH) is giving guests a chance to nurture themselves with Thrive: A Wellness Immersion Weekend (starting at $498). Slated for Nov. 10 to 12, the program includes two-nights of accommodations, access to all program activities, such as forest bathing, restorative yoga, herbal remedies, and mind-body practices to promote health, vitality, and relaxation; a welcome cocktail reception, one themed spa lunch, and a 20 percent discount on all services at the spa.
A highlight of the weekend is a lecture by Barbara Close, founder and CEO of Naturopathica, on how to improve everyday health. She will be available throughout the weekend, sharing knowledge about anti-inflammatory foods at the lunch and more.
“When Barbara visits our spa team for trainings, her energy is contagious and inspiring,” says spa director Jesse Tyler. “She’s a rock star in the wellness world, and we wanted a way to share that excitement and inspiration with our guests. Our goal was to craft an event that we, as wellness professionals, would want to attend in our own free time.
We thought early November was the perfect time for our guests to reconnect with nature before the chaos of the holiday season, grounding and centering themselves in view of the most beautiful peaks in the Northeast.”
