Although chocolate has long been touted for its antioxidant benefits, it has always been considered a sweet indulgence. However, wellness enthusiasts can now satisfy their chocolate cravings without the guilt thanks to a partnership between La Maison du Chocolat’s master chef Nicolas Cloiseau and Paris-based nutritionist Thierry Hanh, M.D.

Creating the luxury chocolatier’s first wellness collection, the 18-month collaboration resulted in Bien Être, a 15-piece wellness gift box including five plant-based and dairy- and gluten-free ganaches. The collection focuses on nourishing fruits and vegetables, such as mango, peach, pomegranate, and squash seeds. Made without butter and cream, the chocolates provide sweet satisfaction to those looking for a healthy treat.
